Position: Toronto Office’s Legal Assistant
Education: Office Administration- Legal Diploma, Durham College- Oshawa
What do you do?
As a legal assistant my job is to assist both lawyers and clients with day to day encounters. Whether it be drafting court pleadings, meeting strict deadlines, drafting correspondence, accounting, answering phones, booking court appearances/appointments, or being that shoulder for clients when they need it most. I ensure that our client’s needs are not only met but heard and fulfilled. I make sure our clients are informed each step of the way during their file with us and that we work as a team.

What are you passionate about?
Ever since I could remember I wanted to pursue a career where I would be assisting people and making an impact on their lives and this job allows me to do that. I find nothing more satisfying then being able to go home at the end of the day knowing that we are helping client’s get what they deserve.
Activities outside of work?
I love the outdoors– preferably hiking, camping, fishing and hunting. If I am not outside enjoying Mother Nature, I am at the gym or spending time with my family, dogs, and/or friends.
