What do you do?
My practice focuses in the area of estate law including committeeship applications, power of attorneys, representation agreements, probate grants, wills variation actions and other estate-related disputes. I also practice in the area of family law where I assist clients with issues of divorce, parenting arrangements, child support, spousal support and property and debt division. I am committed to helping clients obtain the best result possible, whether it is through negotiation, litigation, or an alternative dispute resolution method (mediation, arbitration, etc.).
What are your strengths?
My background enables me to provide effective and comprehensive services to my clients. Prior to joining Hart Legal, I worked at a boutique firm where I dealt with high net worth and complex family law disputes. I am fluent in Cantonese and conversational in Mandarin and French.
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about building strong relationships with clients. Dealing with a legal issue can be stressful and emotional. I want my clients to know that they have someone who will guide them through this challenging time while maintaining a clear focus on their unique needs. I work with my clients so that they can make informed decisions and move forward with their lives in a positive way.
